We are a small software development company, founded in 1993 by two experts in mainframe database and 4GL development.  We have developed computer systems and delivered training for companies all over the world from an office in Poway, CA.
 
We currently do most of our development using open-source tools, such as GWT, Java, MySQL, Linux, and Drupal.  We find that open-source tools allow us to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions, while also delivering high performance at a reduced cost.

This site now uses our favorite CMS: Drupal.  We ran our web sites as static sites since the mid-90s, and since we have developed some Drupal sites for our clients, we thought it was about time to put one up for ourselves.
 
We plan to share some stories via blogs about some interesting development work we have done in recent years.  Well, they should be interesting to geeks, anyway.
 
We also have some interesting business stories we can share about running a small business in the current ecomonic climate, including the ramifications of doing work for a company that goes bankrupt.
